Members of the Ministry of Interior Affairs - victims of Albanian terrorism in 1999

Killed

Milan Stevanovic, born on September 8th 1979 in the village of Gorazdevac, municipality of Pec. Finished Secondary school of interior affairs. Member of the Serbian Ministry of Interior since 1998. Single. Killed during the attack of Albanian terrorists on February 4th in the settlement Piskote, municipality of Djakovica.

Predrag Rakovic, born on March 17th 1976 in Djakovica. Finished secondary school of economics and police course. Member of Serbian Ministry of Interior since 1996. Single. Killed in the terroristic attack on January 29th in the village of Rogovo, municipality of Djakovica.

Miro Mekic, born on April20th 1968 in Sekovici. Finished teacher's college. Member of Serbian Ministry of Interior since 1991.Married, daughters Kristina (1993) and Andjela (1996). Killed in the terroristic attack on January 19th in the village of Racak, municipality of Stimlje.


Attack on police vehicle in Belacevac
Svetislav Przic, born on April 9th 1967 in Gnjilane. Finished secondary school and police course. Member of Serbian Ministry of Interior since 1991. Single. Wounded in the terroristic attack on January 10th 1999 in the village of Slivovo, municipality of Urosevac, and as a consequence of wounding he died in Pristina on January 12th 1999.

Dragan Tomasevic, born on December 31st 1968 in Prokuplje. Finished secondary school of interior affairs. Member of the Serbian Ministry of Interior since 1987. Married, daughter Tijana. killed in the terroristic attack on January 8th in the village of Birac, municipality of Suva Reka.

Milos Stevanovic, born on November 19th 1970 in the village of Zagon, municipality of Bratunac. Finished secondary school and police course. Member of the Serbian Ministry of Interior since 1991. Married, daughters Verica and Miljana. Killed in the terroristic attack on January 8th in the village of Birac, municipality of Suva Reka.

Goran Boskovic, born on January 30th 1971 in Brus. Finished secondary school and police course. Member of Serbian Ministry of Interior since 1992. Single. Killed in the terroristic attack on January 8th in the village of Birac, municipality of Suva Reka.


Wounded

Dejan Stevanovic (1974) was severely, and Nebojsa Andrejevic (1977), Jovica Savic (1970) and Zoran Tanaskovic (1972) slightly wounded during the terroristic attack from the automatic rifles, bazookas and bombs, on January 8th around 13:30 in the village of Dulje, municipality of Suva Reka.

Boban Zdravkovic and Dejan Vidojevic were slightly wounded in the terroristic attack from the infantry and artillery weapons on January 9th around 13:30 in the village of Perane, municipality of Podujevo.

Vladimir Matijevic (1956) was severely, and Milan Jeftic (1965) slightly wounded in the terroristic attack from automatic weapon on January 10th between 13:00 and 13:30 in the village of Dasinovac, municipality of Decani.

Baco Nikcevic (1969), Branko Bulatovic (1969), Ljubisa Milacic (1977), Ljubisa Kastratovic (1969) and Dragan Milas (1978) were slightly wounded in the terroristic attack on January 12th around 14:30 in the village of Dasinovac, municipality of Decani. Ministry of Interior vehicle came across an antitank mine, after which the terrorists attacked members of the police with automatic weapons, bazookas and bombs.

Milorad Dubak (1955) was severely, and Milan Mugasa (1963), Milos Stosic (1970), Petar Rudovic (1976), Milan popovic (1972) and Dejan Bogunovic (1976) were slightly wounded in the terroristic attack on January 14th around 9:30 in the village of Rznic, municipality of Decani. Ministry of Interior vehicle came across an antitank mine after which the terrorists attacked the police with automatic weapons, bazookas and bombs.

Goran Vukcevic (1969) was slightly wounded in the attack on January 15th in the region of the village of Racak, municipality of Stimlje. While the police was entering the village of Racak in order to capture Albanian terrorists who had performed several terroristic attacks in this region in which people had been killed, the terrorists opened fire from several directions from bazookas, mine throwers, snipers and other infantry weapons. On that occasion policeman Vucevic was wounded and official vehicle was damaged.

Aleksandar Ivanovic, Nenad Josipovic, Nenad Janicevic, Zoran Milutinovic and Milovan Milacic were slightly wounded in the terroristic attack on January 16th from 9:00 to 16:00 in the village of Bandera, municipality of Decani. The police was attacked from automatic weapon, machine guns, recoilless rifles, bazookas and mine throwers.


Albanian sniper shooting at civilians
Dejan Radisavljevic (1969), Nenad Simovic (1964) and Ljubinko Andjelkovic (1975) were severely wounded and Stanimir Djukic (1962) and Marko Ristic (1947) were slightly wounded in the terroristic attack on January 18th around 10:50 in Save Kovacevica street in Kosovska Mitrovica. Two Albanian terrorists opened fire from infantry weapons and a bazooka on the members of the police who were in an official vehicle.

Jovica Stamenkovic (1975) and Radojica Nikcevic (1965) were slightly wounded in the terroristic attack from the infantry weapons on January 19th around 11:00 near the village of Racak, municipality of Stimlje.

Milorad Mladenovic was slightly wounded in the terroristic attack on January 20th around 20:30 in the village of Mramor, municipality of Pristina. Albanian terrorists opened fire from the automatic weapons on the passenger car where the policemen were.

Dusan Mitrovic was slightly wounded in the terroristic attack on January 27th at 13:45, from bazookas, mine throwers and infantry weapons on the members of the police who were securing the direction Luzane - Glavnik.

Dragan Vukmanovic (1978) was severely and Goran Jovic (1971) slightly wounded in the terroristic attack on January 27th at 22:45 in the village of Bistrazin, municipality of Djakovica.

Nenad Milovanovic (1975), member of police reserve of the Secretariat in Pristina, was slightly wounded in the terroristic attack on January 29th at 20:40 in Pristina. Albanian terrorist activated and threw a bomb through a closed window of the cafe bar "Galerija".

Milivoje Ribac (1972) was severely and Slavisa Djuric (1969) slightly wounded in the terroristic attack on January 31st at 20:45 from the automatic weapon and a bazooka on the police officers in a police vehicle near the village of Istinic, municipality of Decani.

Srdjan Tomovic and Milan Virijevic were slightly wounded in the terroristic attack on February 4th at 13:45 on the local road Srbica - Klina near the village of Lausa, municipality of Srbica. Albanian terrorists opened fire from the infantry weapons on the line of police cars heading towards monastery of Devic in order to conduct an investigation.

Ljubisa Stojanovic (1977) and Ivan Kostadinovic (1964) were severely wounded in the terroristic attack on February 12th at 16:40 in the village of Donja Koretica, municipality of Glogovac. On the Komorane - Glogovac road, members of police tried to stop a tractor on which were terrorists.


Kidnapped

Radivoje Markovic (1965) and Jeremija Djuricic (1976), policemen in Secretariat of Interior in Pristina, were kidnapped by Albanian terrorists on February 9th near Kosovo Polje.
